Collaborative Consulting, a business and technology consulting firm, has recently added three experienced consulting business veterans to its management team.
Heather Morris Kyer has been appointed as senior vice president of Business Development, Christine Flot as director of Finance and David Cartwright as vice president of Business Development for the NY/NJ region.
In her new role, Morris Kyer will fully utilize her 20 years of extensive experience in collaboratively designing, recommending, and implementing technology solutions to best fit clients' unique circumstances.
With her consistent record of outperforming sales quotas, developing new business, building strong client relationships, and effectively managing time, teams, and territories, she will prove to be asset for Collaborative’s overall success.
Selected to be Collaborative's Director of Finance, Flot holds over 25 years of progressive accounting experience in insurance, manufacturing, retail and professional services companies. In her new role, she will focus on streamlining financial processes, enhancing productivity, introducing process improvements, and implementing technology solutions.
Before joining Collaborative, Flot worked as the finance director of ATC Associates, an environmental professional services firm.
Working as Vice President of Business Development for the NY Tri-State region, Cartwright will be responsible for leading and orchestrating Collaborative's regional sales organization.
He holds more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience and boasts of a proven track record of exceeding established personal and team revenue targets focused on providing Information Technology and Business Consulting services for a multitude of clients within the Financial, Insurance, and Life Science industries.

In other news, Collaborative Consulting recently launched that will significantly reduce or eliminate the increasing challenges encountered in offshore service delivery while keeping the cost of service significantly lower than existing overseas models.
Collaborative will achieve this goal through a combination of strategic location choice, customized training, and leveraging of its existing delivery approach and team.
