Computer Generated Solutions (News - Alert) (CGS) has completed its tenth year in Romania. Collectively known as CGS Romania, the contact center locations in Bucharest, Sibiu, and Brasov deliver a wide range of inbound and outbound contact center solutions throughout Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.
These solutions are delivered in 18 languages and include customer care, technical support, enterprise help desk, and other outsourced services. The global provider of technology solutions also delivers professional services to international partners throughout Europe and across the globe.
“This milestone is a testament to the talented and innovative minds that drive all of our operations in Romania and continue to support CGS’s development throughout Europe,” said Phil Friedman, president and CEO of CGS, in a statement. “We are greatly pleased with the success of our contact centers over the last ten years and remain committed to delivering high quality service offerings and solutions while continuing to grow with our European customers.”
CGS serves as one of the top employers in all of Romania and provides employment to more than 3,000 employees in the country. Its contact centers hire educated and motivated agents, majority of whom are actively pursuing a college degree. In fact, 95 percent of all these agents can speak two or more languages, according to CGS.
“CGS employees speak over 18 languages and possess numerous technical skills, all of which require immense preparation and patience and contribute to our high customer satisfaction rates,” said Vlad Sterescu, country manager for CGS Romania.
CGS was in news earlier this year when it was chosen by Performance Contracting Group (PCG) to implement Microsoft (News
