Prosper’s platform helps predict markets and enables users to understand consumer segments and develop core business strategies accordingly. The advanced business intelligence provided by Prosper relies on sophisticated analytical software to examine big datasets and provide answers through a cloud-based InsightCenter platform. Economic, behavioral and attitudinal data are analyzed by Prosper to provide valuable insights for executive decision making.
Meanwhile Enacomm, Inc. has hired Michael Kirk as the Vice President of Business Development, Channels and Alliances. Enacomm has been providing voice processing infrastructure, applications and services that helps customers to better handle their own customer interactions via phone call. Specializing in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology, Enacomm solutions are designed to be flexible, configurable, cost-effective, and can be delivered as hosted services. The company processes more than one million conversations and automated transactions every day. The company is currently experiencing tremendous growth and was looking out for a person with enough experience in the IT services industry to help continue Enacomm’s success, and Kirk appears to fit the bill.
San Antonio-based Culture Service Growth LLC is hiring 300 new employees. The company contracts customer service and back office work, processing insurance applications. The company is just three years old, and the new additions will bring its employees number to 550.
Tim Handren, the company’s co-founder, said, “We have existing clients that are expanding. We were just an idea three years ago, so it's been very exciting for us.”
The new job openings include a wide range of positions, from entry-level call center jobs to management. These positions pay up to $42,000 a year with benefits and a matching 401(K).
