The event emphasizes on the importance of customer service includes many daily events coordinated around a theme. This year’s theme is “Think Service.” iQor, which will be among many customer-focused companies, will be celebrating Customer Service week at all of iQor’s 39 Centers of Excellence.

The agents in iQor contact centers handle hundreds of millions of customer interactions each month. The company has been developing the digital network, tools, and processes to capture, analyze, and act upon important data points. The iQor Innovations Lab helps company’s clients decode their customer’s DNA and uncover insights not available through traditional data capture. According to a release, new employees will provide inbound customer care and technical support for a host of industries including electronics, mobile devices, and financial services. iQor is actively seeking candidates with contact center experience.
