The Learning Possibilities Group, a provider of online learning portals to local authorities and schools has implemented Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM v4 with the support of ST Consulting.
ST Consulting is a London-based Microsoft Dynamics specialist and provider of Microsoft Dynamics training. The agency specializes in financial systems and customer relationship management or "CRM" solutions providing complete, end-to-end systems and supporting services for small and medium-sized enterprises or "SMEs."
The Learning Possibilities Group provides online learning environments to Internet-based global communities in Central and Eastern Europe, India, China, the Middle East and Africa. The 'LP+ system' from Learning Possibilities Group is a centrally hosted and managed learning platform designed for e-learning, information and communication needs.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 implemented by ST consulting supports 250,000 users. The system enables educational learning specialists to improve their internal and external communication. The CRM system helps them manage their customer interaction and identify which of their products are being sold to which all customers.
The CRM service also enables them to improve after-sales service and ongoing customer engagement. The Group is now able to work out a better customer communications program, which helps the firm maintain better relationship with customers and increase renewal rates.
Bindiya Raichura, product manager, Learning Possibilities Group, said "When we first implemented CRM it was just for the support desks but as we have started to grow as a company we needed to extend usage of the system to include our sales team, training team and consultants. With CRM v4 we now have a system that can help us manage all of our support cases and training schedules with greater efficiency and we have had tremendous feedback from our customers with the support satisfaction rate now at over 95 percent."
Learning Possibilities Group holds records for 500 to 600 schools on their system and the CRM system is supporting 250,000 users, so the Group required a solution that is highly scalable and could also be tailored to our bespoke requirements.
ST Consulting enabled the Group to meet this objective. With the new CRM, the group is able to manage their system effectively - thanks to the automated emails and reporting that enables them to see which products are causing the most queries and calls from customers and then quickly address any problems.
"Our inter-departmental communication has also improved as a result of moving to Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 - now each area of the business is kept fully informed of other departments' customer communications and sales activities and this is helping us to operate more efficiently as an organization," Raichura added.
In April Microsoft announced the launch of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010, an easy-to-use enterprise resource planning or "ERP" solution for midsize businesses that want advanced functionality, strong business intelligence reporting options and interoperability with other line-of-business application, TMCnet reported.
